The following blog posts contains a detailed description of the workflow from getting the first idea until formatting the manuscript. Step 1 is to copy and paste the text from Wikipedia into a word processor.
In the second step the document gets formatted so that it will fulfill the typographic requirements and the standards in academic publishing as well. This is realized by applying the fully justified paragraph formatting. Fully justified means, that each line occupies the entire space until the end. For reason of better readability the font is adjusted to a monospace font.
In the third and last step a pdf file is generated and submitted to an academic journal.
